Are you a Hackney local? 16-25? Would you like the opportunity to develop essential career skills?
Immediate Theatre are launching a new Peer Facilitator programme, offering young people the opportunity to have hands on paid work experience and training within our Estate-based Youth Theatre Projects. You will be working alongside our delivery team supporting weekly drama sessions.
When?

What do we do?
- Offer on-site professional mentoring for every peer
- Facilitate training that will support peers to be able to deliver within our youth theatres
- Create individual career action plans in order to support your short and long term career goals.
You will
- Work in Hackney at a grassroots’ level
- Champion young people’s voices
- Have guaranteed paid weekly work
- Receive AQA accreditation
- Develop your soft skill’s that will enable you to work in various working environments.
- Gain experience in drama facilitation
- Improve your administrative skills
